Squantum Association

29 Mar Squantum Association

Next week, I’ll officially kickoff the 2014 wedding season, and I couldn’t be more excited about the venue.  Also known by many as the Squantum Club, the Squantum Association in East Providence has everything a facility could offer from water views, gorgeous sunsets, privacy, and close proximity.

The website brags that ‘there is no more beautiful location for your wedding: hold the ceremony on beautiful lawns overlooking the water or on the Main Club House porch, take photos in picturesque locations and sail off to your honeymoon by boat.’ They offer elegant accommodations at surprisingly competitive rates, and their property is exclusively yours for the day.

The Squantum staff stands ready to attend to your comfort and convenience with personalized service from initial date-setting right through “I do” and the last guests’ departure. They offer advice and resources for everything you may need: flowers, bakeries, music, and more!

Distinguished Main Club House

Historical architecture, a classically appointed bar, stained glass windows and a graceful curving staircase are second only to the sweeping coastline views at sunset. The second floor dining room seats 50, the building as a whole accommodates 100.

Breathtaking Bakehouse

Built out on rocky coastline over the water, its stunning panoramic southerly views make the Bakehouse a popular setting. The main room can accommodate up to 180.

Resplendent Grounds

Manicured gardens, stately waterfront trees, waterfront dock accommodating vessels up to 50′, and an historic cannon offer a variety of picturesque backdrops.
